Can be worn either with the bustle as shown by pulling a ribbon underneath the top layer of skirt which ruches it, or in more classic gothic style without it. Great to travel in comfort without the bustle then just pull & go when you arrive for a perfect bustle without creases! But; how will you wear yours?!
