Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy. Returned garments must be received within 14 days of sale date, in perfect condition and with any garment packaging and tagging intact. Worn, washed, damaged or previously tagged items will be returned to you without refund.

Goods are returned at your own expense and we recommend that you send these by recorded delivery mail as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post. Please ensure the package contains details of your name and address to enable refund to be made.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns (unless the item is faulty) for control wear, hosiery, underwear or swimwear.

Accepted items will be refunded through Paypal within 48 hours of receipt minus any shipping costs applied. The free shipping offer is invalidated should your retained purchases fall below £50 and our standard rate shipping costs will be applied.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
