We offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy. Returned garments must be received within 14 days of sale date, in perfect condition, with any garment packaging and tagging intact. Worn, washed, damaged or previously tagged items will be returned to you without refund as we will be unable to resell such garments.
Under Distance Selling Regulations we also offer a 7 working day cancellation policy. Due to the high level of detail provided for all of our goods, the contract of service commences at the point of placing your order.
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, on receipt of the returned goods, we will replace the item and refund your return costs up to the value of UK First Class Recorded Delivery postage or for International sales, domestic standard airmail rate. A full refund will be issued where replacement is not possible. For all other returns we will issue a refund less the original postage cost, alternatively, we'd be happy to discuss an exchange for you.
Non-faulty goods must be returned at your own expense and we recommend that you return by recorded delivery mail as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post. Returns MUST be accompanied by an invoice or note clearly stating the order number and your name and address.

As a volume seller, without this information it is impossible to trace the transaction quickly & will result in delays in processing your refund.
Under Distance Selling Regulations, we reserve the right to charge for the direct cost of recovery and legal fees for refunded, non-returned goods.
